Our company specializes in the production and sales of mortar production line equipment. Below, we will introduce the role of the mixer in the mortar production line.
The working principle of the mixer is that a pair of relatively rotating main shafts drive the blades to rotate, throwing the material at a certain angle towards the spatial layer. The particles experience instantaneous weight loss in the spatial flow layer, and centrifugal force and gravity cancel each other out (the density difference of the material in the weight loss state has no effect on the mixing uniformity), mixing into each other's areas, forming a fluidized weight loss zone in the middle layer, and a rotating vortex is formed around the main shaft. A material translational flow layer is formed at the bottom, and the material moves along the axis and direction at the bottom. Under the dual drive of radial and axial forces, materials exhibit three-dimensional composite motion, forming a comprehensive composite cycle and rapidly achieving uniform mixing.
The finished products mixed in the mortar production line mixer are quickly placed in the finished product bin for buffering and storage through pneumatic quick opening doors. The finished product silo is connected to the packaging machine through a soft connection for measurement and packaging. For users with particularly high output, a belt conveyor can be added to the rear process of the packaging machine to directly transport finished products to the finished product area or truck.
