1、 Dry powder mortar equipment must be installed on a stable ground foundation during installation, and it is also necessary to reserve and adjust the height of the feeding platform, feeding machine, and equipment. If the equipment height is 2 meters, only 3.5 meters need to be reserved when building the protective shed, and it can only be put into production after passing the acceptance inspection.
2、 Operators must undergo training and only those who pass the assessment can work with a certificate. Without a certificate, they are not allowed to operate.
3、 Before starting the equipment, it is necessary to conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that all parts are unobstructed. Once any problems are found, they should be repaired immediately.
4、 If the equipment suddenly malfunctions during operation, the power should be cut off immediately, the mortar in the mixing drum should be poured out and repaired, and production can only continue after the fault is eliminated. During the operation of the equipment, it is strictly forbidden to use tools such as wooden sticks or iron bars to reach into the equipment to clean materials. The power must be cut off before operation. After cleaning, the switch box should be locked and the site should be cleaned properly.
