The reason for the slow feeding speed of the screw conveyor is that the screw conveyor is the main part of feeding, which directly affects the production efficiency of the entire production line. Once the screw conveyor has a slow feeding situation, how can we solve the problem of slow feeding?

Based on years of equipment production experience, the main reasons for the full loading of spiral elevators are as follows:

1、 The belt is loose, and the motor belt is a vulnerable part. After long-term use, the belt wear causes looseness and slippage, which affects the feeding speed;

2、 The bearing of the elevator is prone to powder feeding, and the bearing below the elevator is prone to powder feeding, resulting in an increase in bearing friction and poor lifting efficiency;

3、 Foreign objects enter the blades of the hoist, and improper feeding of the hoist can easily lead to the entry of foreign objects such as woven bags, thereby affecting the feeding efficiency;

4、 The blades of the hoist are worn out, and if the raw materials are lifted for a long time, the hoist blades will wear out, resulting in poor feeding speed.
